| 摘 要： | [目的]观察大柴胡汤加减治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的疗效。[方法]64例,分为治疗组与对照组各32例,治疗组采用中药大柴胡汤加减;对照组予硫酸镁10g冲服,1日1次。[结果]治疗组,治愈20例,显效8例,有效3例,无效1例。[结论]治疗组明显优于对照组。

| Abstract: | [Objective]Observed Dachaihu decoction large acute gallstone pancreatitis.[Method]64 Cases,divide into the treatment group and control group 32 cases,the treatment group use the traditional chinese medicine Dachaihu decoction addition and subtraction;The control group gives magnesium sulfate 10g take medicine after mixing with water,on 1st 1 time.[Results]Treatment group,cures 20 cases,markedly 8 cases,effective 3 cases,invalid 1 cases.[Conclusion]The treatment group surpasses the control group obviously. |
