活血膏薄层鉴别及乌头碱限量检查

目的]研究活血膏的质量标准。方法]采用TLC法对制剂中续断进行了定性鉴别实验,应用TLC法对制剂中主药生草乌的有效成分乌头碱进行了限量试验。结果]薄层色谱中样品色谱斑点显色清晰,分离度好。乌头碱限量检查同样杂质干扰小、分离度好。结论]本法灵敏、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
