乙肝病毒感染性肝癌经TACE后Caspase-3与FAK的表达及意义

目的 探讨乙肝病毒感染性肝癌经TACE后Caspase-3与FAK的表达及意义。方法 收集我院行TACE治疗后外科手术切除的肝癌组织标本38份,其中HBV感染者27份,无HBV感染者11份,采用免疫组化SP法检测残癌组织中Caspase-3与FAK的表达情况。结果 HBV感染组中Caspase-3与FAK的阳性表达率分别为22.2%和81.5%,未感染组中阳性率分别为63.6%和36.4%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024;P=0.017)。HBV感染组中Caspase-3与FAK存在显著负相关关系(r=-0.433,P=0.020)。结论 HBV 感染性肝癌较非HBV感染性肝癌Caspase-3表达下调,FAK表达上调,乙肝病毒影响TACE的治疗疗效。

The expression and significance of Caspase-3 and FAK in hepatocarcinoma infected with Hepatitis B Virus after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Caspase - 3 and FAK in hepatocarcinoma infected with Hepatitis B Virus after TACE. Methods To collect thirty - eight surgical specimens of hepatoeareinoma after TACE,including twenty -seven eases infected with HBV and eleven cases with no HBV. The Caspase - 3 and FAK in residual tissues of hepatoearcinoma were detected by using immunohistochemieal SP method. Results The positive rate of Caspase - 3 and FAK in HBV group were respectively 22.2% and 81. 5% ,and that of no HBV group were 63.6% and 36.4% respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P =0. 024;P =0. 017）. The expression of Caspase -3 and FAK in HBV group was nega- tively correlated（ r = -0. 433,P = 0. 020）. Conclusion HBV could suppress the expression of Caspase -3 and up - regulate the expression of FAK. HBV effect the therapeutic effect of TACE.
