| 摘 要： | [目的]观察排石汤治疗胆系结石病的临床疗效。[方法]应用排石汤治疗胆系结石病46例。[结果]治愈14例,占30.43%;显效18例,占39.13%;有效11例,占23.96%;无效3例,占6.52%,总有效率为93.48%。[结论]临床观察排石汤具有显著的疏肝利胆、清化湿热、行气活血、止痛散结、除湿退黄、溶石排石作用,效果肯定,是治疗胆结石较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the treatment of biliary lithiasis Paishi Soup clinical efficacy.[Method] Paishi Soup treatment of 46 cases of biliary stones.[Results] Cured 14 cases,accounting for 30.43%;markedly effective in 18 cases,accounting for 39.13%;effective in 11 cases,accounting for 23.96%;3 cases,accounting for 6.52%,total effective rate was 93.48%.[Conclusion] The clinical observation Paishi Soup significant Shuganlidan,Thanh Hoa heat,qi and blood circulation,pain Sanjie,dehumidification jaundice,RONGSHI row of stone effect,the effect certainly is the ideal method for treatment of gallstones. |
