糖尿病合并急性脑梗死老年患者的血脂分析

目的比较老年糖尿病性与非糖尿病性急性脑梗死患者的血脂代谢异常情况。方法测定比较老年2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死(DACI)患者47例与同期住院的老年非糖尿病性急性脑梗死(NDACI)患者45例血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A-l(ApoA-1)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平及各组间血清脂质成分的差异。结果 DACI组与NDACI组相比TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA-1、APOB水平均存在显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论老年糖尿病脑梗死患者存在明显的血脂代谢异常,积极控制老年糖尿病患者的血脂水平对减少脑梗死的发生具有重要意义。

Analysis on the blood lipid of patients with senile diabetic associated with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To understand blood lipid metabolism of old diabetic and non-diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and dyslipidemia.Methods Type 2 diabetes patients associated with acute cerebral infarction DACI(47 patients),the non diabetic patients with acute cerebral infarction NDACI(45 patients) were taken as the research objects;the serum total cholesterol(TC) and triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ApoproteinA1(ApoA-1) and ApopmteinB(ApoB),as well serum lipids composition of both groups were detected.Then obtained data were compared and analysed.Results In TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA-1,ApoB etc,there was very significant differences(P<0.0l).Conclusion For senile cerebral infarction with dyslipidemia,active control blood lipid levels has important significance to reduce cerebral infarction.
