射麻止喘方治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床研究

目的]观察射麻止喘方治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法]将40例支气管哮喘急性发作期的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加服射麻止喘方治疗,疗程均为2周。结果]治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率75%,两组治疗后的临床症状、肺功能、IL-8及TNF-α水平较治疗前均有明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组P<0.05。结论]射麻止喘方治疗急性发作期哮喘有确切的疗效,并有拮抗炎性介质TNF-α和IL-8的作用。

Shemazhichuan Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma in The Clinical Research

Objective]Treatment of Shemazhichuan acute attack of bronchial asthma in the clinical effect.Methods]40 patients with bronchial asthma at acute stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Control group received standard treatment of western medicine,chinese medicine group is based on the additional services in this Shemazhichuan side,After 2 weeks.Results]Clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,IL-8 and TNF-α levels were significantly improved compared with before treatment,The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,The total effective rate of control group was 75%,And the treatment group is superior to the control group P<0.05.Conclusion]Shemazhichuan side of the acute attack of asthma there is a genuine effect,and have antagonistic inflammatory mediators TNF-α and IL-8 role.
