健脾理气方对功能性消化不良患者生存质量的影响

目的：观察健脾理气方对脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良（FD）患者生存质量的影响。方法：将96例按2∶1的比例随机分为治疗组64例和对照组32例。治疗组给予健脾理气方口服,对照组给予安慰剂口服,疗程4周。治疗前后分别填写SF-36量表、Hamilton焦虑他评量表及Hamilton抑郁他评量表。结果：治疗组患者BP、RP、GH、VT和MH5个维度的积分较对照组有显著改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组患者HAMA和HAMD的总积分均较治疗前有显著下降（P〈0.05）,而对照组患者HAMA和HAMD的总积分亦较治疗前有下降趋势,但无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：健脾理气方能改善脾虚气滞型FD患者的生存质量及抑郁焦虑。

Effect of Invigorating Spleen and Regulating Qi Decoctionon Life Quality of Functional Dyspepsia Patients

Objective：and Significance：To study Quality of Life of the Decoction of Invigorating Spleen and Regulating Qi（DISRQ） treating Functional Dyspepsia（FD） of Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation.Methods：According to the prospective、andomized、control study,96 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 64 patients as treatment group with DISRQ and 32 patients as placebo control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The patients were ordered to fill in the SF-36 health survey、Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）、Hamilton depressive Scale（HAMD） before and after treatment.Results：The score of the 5 domains including bodily pain（BP）,role-physical（RP）,general health（GH）,vitality（VT） and mental health（MH） lowered significantly（P0.05）,compared to those before the treatment course.The scores in the scale of HAMA and HAMD were lowered significantly than those before the treatment in the observation group（P0.05）.While in the placebo-controlled group,after four-week treatment,the scores in the scale of HAMA and HAMD showed a trend of decreasing,but with no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions：DISRQ had the distinct curative effects for treating FD patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.The therapeutic effect mainly included improving quality of life and psychosocial factors.
