| 摘 要： | 再生障碍性贫血以脾肾不足为主,故治疗以补益脾肾为主并结合西医治疗成为了当今治疗再障的主要方法。但在临床治疗过程中,中医治以活血化瘀与补益脾肾并重,并结合西药治疗再生障碍性贫血,取得了较为满意的效果,治疗过程中重视活血化瘀的思路与方法。

| Abstract: | Because aplastic anemia is shortage in the function of kidney and spleen,combined therapy of chinese and western medicine on aplastic anemia,and offset the shortage from kidney and spleen which is basis on chinese medicine by using dialectical method is the main treatment at present.In the clinical treatment,using the methods in the basis of Promoting Blood circulation by removing blood Stasis and offset the shortage from kidney and spleen,and combined therapy of Western medicine have a good clinical curative effect. |
