四君子汤及其类方应用考析

四君子汤首见于北宋《太平惠民和剂局方》,因其善于补气,为补气之基本方,常用于面色萎白、语声低微、食少神倦、四肢乏力、舌淡苔白、脉虚弱之脾胃气虚证。因其组成药物人参、茯苓、白术、甘草具有补而不滞,利而不峻之功效,且其作用冲和平淡,如宽厚平和之君子,故名"四君子汤"。后世医家继承并灵活运用,在不断地临床实践中经过不懈地努力,创造出以四君子汤为基础方的四君子汤类方,异功散、六君子汤、香砂六君子汤、保元汤等,丰富并完善了中医药的宝库。

Analysis of Application of Prescription Sijunzitang

In the northern Song dynasty first sijunzi "taiping huimin and agent pharmacopoeia",but tonifying qi of basic square,often used in the treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome.Later generations differ in constant clinical practice,through unremitting efforts created based on a series of class fang fang,including different reactive scattered,liu gentleman soup,sweet sanliugentleman soup,bao yuan soups,etc.,enrich and perfect the TCM treasures.
