| 摘 要： | 目的]观察益气消癍汤治疗慢性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法]治疗组口服益气消癍汤,水煎服,日1剂,分2次服,疗程为4～6个月。对照组口服维血宁颗粒,1袋/次(8g/袋),1日3次,疗程为4～6个月。结果]30例中,显效3例,良效17例,进步6例,无效4例,总有效率86.78%。结论]对照组,益气消癍汤治疗慢性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜疗效显著。
