| 摘 要： | "阳微阴弦"出自《金匮要略.胸痹心痛短气病脉篇》。"阳微阴弦"是对胸痹心痛病因病机的高度概括。"阳微"即是本虚,"阴弦"即是标实。冠心病的病机特点总属"本虚标实",心脾、肾阳气亏虚是发病之本,而阴寒、痰浊、瘀血是发病之标,由此提出温阳益气,化痰祛瘀是治疗冠心病的主要治则。

| Abstract: | ＂ Yin Yang micro - string＂ from ＂ Golden Chamber ？ chest pain patients with short pulse gas articles＂. ＂Yin yang micro string＂ is a chest pain etiology and pathogenesis of the high degree of generalization. ＂Yang Wei＂ is the virtual, ＂Yin string＂ is the standard real. Total coronary heart disease characteristics of the machine is the ＂ vacuity＂ , heart, kidney qi deficiency is a disease of this, and chill, phlegm, blood stasis is a disease of the standard, the question arises yang qi, phlegm stasis is the main treatment is the treat- ment of coronary heart disease. |
