中西医结合治疗肛周脓肿合并糖尿病28例

目的]观察中西医结合治疗肛周脓肿合并糖尿病的疗效。方法]对28例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者采用切开挂线一次根治术,术前予控制血糖,术后胰岛素、降糖药降糖联合中药煎剂改善症状,同时合并抗感染,结合中药局部外用。结果]28例患者均痊愈出院,愈合时间为17～37天,随访半年无复发者。结论]中西医治疗肛周脓肿合并糖尿病效果肯定。

TCM Treatment of Perianal Abscess Clinical Observation of 28 Cases with Diabetes

Objective]To obsevate the effect treatment of traditional and Western for perianal abscess with diabetes.Methods]28 cases of perianal abscess with diabetes were treated with radical surgery,control the blood glucose before surgery,maintain the blood glucose and anti-infection with traditional topical application.Result]28 patients were cured,healing time of 17 ～ 37 days,follow-up six months without recurrence.Conclusion]Traditional and Western is effective for perianal abscess with diabetes.
