当归四逆汤治疗痹证的特点:一是血虚寒凝,肢体经脉气血闭阻,不通则痛的肢体关节疼痛,局部发凉,四肢厥冷的痛痹证;二是血虚寒凝进而引起血脉瘀阻的脉痹证,四肢厥冷,手足青紫,脉细欲绝或无脉症。

Danggui Sini decoction have two characteristic for the treatment of Arthralgia syndrome.One is that Arthralgia aggravated by cold.It is caused by blood vacuity and congealing cold and stagnation of qi and blood in meridians of limbs,marked by pain in the limbs and joints,local feel cold,reversal cold of the limbs.The other is that vessel impediment syndrome.It is caused by stagnation of vessels and channels due to blood vacuity and congealing cold,marked by reversal cold of the limbs,cyanosis of the extremities,fine pulse verging on expiry or absence of vessel.
