| 摘 要： | 目的:观察平肝通络蠲痛膏方内服配合中药穴位敷贴治疗神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法:治疗组80例用平肝通络蠲痛膏方内服配合中药穴位敷贴治疗,对照组40例用镇脑宁胶囊口服。观察治疗前后头痛、伴随症状及用药不良反应。结果:治疗4周后,总有效率治疗组95.00%、对照组75.00%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:平肝通络蠲痛膏方配合中药穴位敷贴治疗神经性头痛疗效显著,无不良反应,效果明显优于镇脑宁。
