| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床效果。[方法]128例经腹部彩超证实为阑尾周围脓肿的患者采用相同抗生素治疗,治疗组同时加大黄牡丹保留灌肠每日2次。[结果]加用大黄牡丹汤的患者明显缩短了治疗时间,治愈率和有效率均有较大提高。[结论]中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿比单纯使用抗生素治疗阑尾周围脓肿效果好,住院时间短。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of treating periappendiceal abscess in the integrative medicine.[Method] 128 cases confirmed by abdominal ultrasonography in patients with periappendiceal abscess the same antibiotics,the treatment group while increasing retention enema yellow peony 2 times a day.[Results] Canadian patients with rhubarb soup peony significantly shorter treatment time,the cure rate and efficiency are greatly improved.[Conclusion] Integrative Medicine appendiceal abscess treated with antibiotics than simple periappendiceal abscess effects,shorter hospital stay. |
