中西医结合治疗髋臼骨折25例临床观察

目的]探讨手术配合中药对髋臼骨折的治疗作用。方法]对42例髋臼骨折患者随机分成两组,中药组25例,手术后使用中药治疗;对照组17例,手术后不使用中药。结果]随访时间6个月至1.5年,平均11.5个月,中药组骨性愈合时间较对照组明显缩短,术后愈后效果也较对照组好。结论]中西医结合治疗髋臼骨折可获得满意的临床疗效。

Clinical Research of Chinese Integrative Medicine for The Treatment 25 Cases of Acetabular Fractures

Objective] To discuss surgery with the traditional Chinese medicinal on the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods]42 cases of acetabular fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases of Chinese medicinal group were treated by Chinese medicinal after surgery.17 cases of The control group was not treated by Chinese medicinal after surgery.Results]All patients were followed up for 6to18months,with an average time of 11.5months.the bone healing time of chinese medicinal group was significantly shorter than the control group and the recovery effect of Chinese medicinal group was more obviously better than the control group.Conclusion]Good clinical results can be obtained to treat acetabular fractures by chinese integrative medicine.
