| 摘 要： | 本文通过对家兔双后肢的运动实验以及实验后对双后肢肌肉的手法按摩和对照，从组织学、组织化学和电子显微镜等方面直接观察了按摩促进肌肉疲劳消除，预防肌肉劳损发生的实际作用，从而为运动员运动后的恢复性按摩提供了科学的实验依据。

| Abstract: | By means of exercise experiment and massage on a pair of hind limbs of rabbit after the exercise, we observed and compared the changes of muscle fibers and its blood vess els from histology, the changes of muscle glycogen and succinate dehydrogenase from histochemistry. we also observed the changes of myofibrilla with electron microscope and made a statistical process as well. At last the following results were obtained: 1. The massage was truely effective in accelerating relief of musclar fatigue or preventing development of musclar strain,therefore, this observation provided scientific experimental basis for the application of massage to athlete after training.2. The effect of massage was gained by the mechanism of improving blood circulation or increasing amount of glycogen and succinate dehydrogenase of muscles. |
