100例分娩前后妇女心理状态调查分析

目的　研究分娩前后妇女的心理状态。方法　采用自制调查表及症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )对 10 0例孕妇在分娩前、后 1周内进行测评 ,将总分及各分组中的因子分与国内常模比较 ,各分组之间互相比较。结果　分娩前躯体化、焦虑、恐怖因子分与国内常模相比差异有显著性意义。分娩后除上述因子外 ,抑郁因子分与国内常模相比差异亦有显著性意义。剖宫产组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分与国内常模相比差异有显著性意义。分娩女婴的产妇除上述因子外 ,人际关系因子分与分娩男婴的产妇相比差异有显著性意义。结论　分娩前后的妇女存在诸多的心理问题 ,特别是剖宫产和分娩女婴的产妇。因此 ,要适当掌握剖宫产的适应征 ,做好孕产妇的解释、疏导工作 ,稳定情绪 ,以减少产后焦虑、抑郁的发生

Investigation and analysis of mental state of 100 women before and afterdelivery

Objective To study the mental state of women before and after delivery.Methods 100 women were measured by self-control questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)within a week before and after their delivery.Then compared the overall figures and figures in separate groups with norm figures and compared the figures between different groups.Results There were significant differences in factor figures of somatization,depression,anxiety and fear between study group and norm group.After delivery,besides above-motioned factors,the figure of depression factor of study group compared with that of norm group,there was significant difference.There were significant differences in factor figures of somatization,depression,anxiety and fear between caesarean operation group and norm group.Besides above-motioned factors,there was significant difference in figure of public relationship between women having delivered a girl and women having delivered a boy.Conclusion A lot of mental ailments exist among women before and after delivery,especially after caesarean operation and having delivered a girl.Therefore,it is necessary to know well the adaptability of caesarean operation,explain properly to lying-in women,and help set their mood at rest,in order to reduce occurrence of anxiety and depression.
