依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

目的探讨依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将68例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组，试验组给予口服依巴斯汀，对照组口服氯雷他定。结果试验组治愈15例，显效14例，有效4例，无效1例，总有效率为85．3％。对照组痊愈13例，显效13例，有效4例，无效4例，总有效率为76．4％。结论口服依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效优于氯雷他定。

Treatment of chronic urticaria with ebastine

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ebastine on patients with chronic urticaria. Methods Sixtyeight patients with chronic urticaria were randomly devided into 2 groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated with ebastine while patients in the control group were treated with loratadine. Results In the treatment group, 15 patients were 6ured, significant efficacy was observed in 14 patients, moderate efficacy was observed in 4 patients, while no effect in one patient. The total effective rate was 85.3%. In the control group, 13 were cured, significant efficacy was observed in 13 patients, moderate efficacy was observed in 4, while no effect in 4 patients. The total effective rate was 76.4%. Conclusion Ebastine is more effective and has fewer side effects than laratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
