一体化的创伤急诊模式在突发灾害事故急救中的优越性

目的探讨新的急诊模式在突发灾害事故急救,尤其是创伤中的应用。方法在一体化急诊医学模式下,采用急诊医学系统、损伤控制外科和整体监护治疗等对多发伤进行整体化治疗。结果5年内我院共收治创伤患者1764例,其中1256例为多发伤,402例为严重多发伤,死亡32例,救治存活率为97.5%,严重多发伤的抢救成功率为91%。结论新的急诊医学模式明显提高了多发伤尤其是严重多发伤的救治成功率,降低了创伤等突发灾害事故对人民群众的危害。

The superiority of a new emergency medical model in disaster relief

Objective To study the superiority of a new emergency medical model in disaster relief. Methods We treated multiple trauma patients by integrating emergency medical system, injury control surgery,and ICU. Results 1 764 trauma patients in 5 years were treated, 1 256 patients suffered from multiple trauma,402 patients were severe, and 32 died. The overall survival rate was 97.5%,and the survival rate of severe multiple trauma was 91%. Conclusion The model improves the survival rate of multiple trauma,especially the severe ones,and lowered the impact of disaster harm on the public.
