| 摘 要： | 通过对我院糖尿病专科护士角色,功能的介绍,指出国内高级实践护士的发展尚处于起步阶段。在借鉴国外发展经验的同时,思考我国糖尿病专科护士发展前景与对策,以期为我国糖尿病专科护理的发展提供参考依据,培养出适合我国国情的高素质护理人才。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Through the introduction of the role and function of the Diabetes Specialist Nurses in our hospital, it is pointed out that the development of Advanced Practice Nurses is still in the early stage in our country. While learning from foreign development experience, we are thinking about the prospects and ideas of the development of Diabetes Specialist Nurses in our country. It is hoped to provide a reference for the development of Diabetes Specialist Nursing and cultivate high-quality nurses suitable for our country. |
