耳穴埋针联合穴位敷贴治疗气血亏虚型前庭性眩晕的临床疗效评价

目的 探讨耳穴埋针联合穴位敷贴对缓解气血亏虚型前庭性眩晕的效果.方法 选取2019年7月至2020年12月收治于上海市宝山区中西医结合医院耳鼻咽喉科的80例气血亏虚型前庭性眩晕患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40).对照组接受常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上接受耳穴埋针联合穴位敷贴治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效及听力改善情况.结果 治疗14 d后,观察组患者眩晕症状的临床总有效率为87.5％,高于对照组的65.0％(P<0.05);听力阈值为(23.03±6.96)dB,低于对照组的(32.96±7.56)dB(P<0.05).随访3个月时,观察组患者的眩晕再次发生率为55.0％,对照组眩晕复发率为62.5％,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).随访6个月后,观察组患者眩晕复发率为30.0％,低于对照组的52.5％(P<0.05).两组患者均未产生其他不良反应.结论 耳穴埋针联合穴位敷贴可有效减轻气血亏虚型前庭性眩晕患者的眩晕症状、改善其听力水平.

Effect of Auricular Needle-embedding Therapy Combined with Acupoint Application on Treating Vestibular Vertigo Caused by Deficiency of Qi and Blood

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of acupoint embedding combined with acupoint application on the treatment of vestibular vertigo with deficiency of qi and blood.Method A total of 80 patients with qi and blood deficiency vertigo who were admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and nursing care, and the observation group was treated with acupoint embedding combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Observe and compare the differences in clinical efficacy and hearing improvement between the two groups before treatment and after 14 days of treatment.Result After 14 days of treatment, the overall clinical effective rate of vertigo symptoms and the change range of audiological examination level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint embedding combined with acupoint application can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dizziness, improve hearing, and have a good prognosis.
