摘    要:[目的]研究工作场所环境空气中二甲基甲酰胺、十一烷和丁酮混合物一次吸附、一次分离的定量分析方法。[方法]采用Tenax吸附管吸附并进行热脱附,样品在毛细管气相色谱柱上分离,外标法峰面积定量,分析这3种挥发性有机化合物的含量。[结果]上述3种物质经热脱附后的回归曲线的相关系数均≥0.993,Tenax管吸附效率≥90%,热脱附率≥85%,样品平均回收率为85%-110%。[结论]该方法可以一次进样快速检测上述混合物在工作环境空气中的残留,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To study the analysis method of samples including a combination of dimethylfgrmamide, undecane and butanone in the air of workshop. [ Methods ] The sample was once absorbed into Tenax absorbent tube and then thermal desorbed, the gas compounds were separated by GC system analysis on capillary chromatographic column. The concentrations of the three volatile organic compounds were exactly analysed by the external standard method of peak area determination. [ Results ] The correlation coefficients of regression curves of the three votile organic compounds after thermal desorption were all greater than 0.993. The absorbent efficiencies of Tenax tubes were greater than 90%, the efficieneies of thermal desorption 〉 85%, and the average recovery.percentages were between 85% and 110%. [ Conclusion ] It was proved that the three substances could be simultaneously tested by this method quickly and accurately.
