| 摘 要： | 目的了解中药饮片质量不合格原因,提出建议,保证临床用药安全。方法整理2011年中药饮片验收记录,分析不合格原因。结果本院中药饮片2011年验收记录292批次,不合格批次为27批次,不合格率为9.25%。结论导致中药饮片质量不合格因素较多,应加强中药饮片质量管理,提高其质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the quality unqualified reason of Chinese herbal medicine, put forward sugges- tions, and to ensure clinical medication safety use. Methods The examining and receiving record of Chinese herbal medicines in 2011 was cleared up, and the quality unqualified reason was analyzed. Results There were 292 batches of Chinese herbal medicines acceptance were recorded in 2011 in our hospital, of which 27 batches were quality un- qualified, accounted for 9.25% of total Acceptance. Conclusion There were many factors lead to quality unqualified of Chinese herbal medicine, it should strengthen the quality management of Chinese herbal medicine to improve it＇s quality. |
