人文护理在骨结核患者中的应用

目的探讨人文护理在骨结核患者中的应用。方法分析本院收治的骨结核患者76例,按照护理方法不同分为对照组36例,给予常规护理;治疗组40例,给予人文护理。人文护理内容包括健康教育、心理护理、入院指导、药物护理、疼痛护理、预防并发症护理等。比较两组患者的遵医行为。结果治疗组与对照组的遵医率分别为90.0%（36/40）、75.0%（27/36）,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人文护理应用在骨结核患者中可以提高患者的遵医行为,值得临床推广应用。

Application of humanistic care in bone tuberculosis patient nursing

Objective To discuss the application of humanistic care in bone tuberculosis patient nursing. Methods Seventy-six cases of bone tuberculosis patients from our hospital were analyzed. All the patients were divided into control group （36 cases） which used the usual care and treatment group （40 cases） which used humanistic care, includ- ed health education, psychological nursing, hospital admission guide, drug nursing, pain nursing, prevention of compli- cations nursing care. Two groups of patients were compared on compliance behavior. Results The compliance behavior rate between control group and treatment group were 90.0% （36/40） and 75.0% （27/36） respectively. There was statis- tically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of humanistic care in patients with bone tuberculosis can improve patients＇ prescribing behavior, it is worthy of clinical application.
