| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产围术期合理选用抗生素的临床研究。方法将586例剖宫产产妇分为3组,分别给予氨苄西林、头孢唑啉钠、头孢曲松钠治疗,观察各疗效。结果 3组剖宫产产妇基本情况及手术时间和术中出血情况及术后发热和血象异常比较,差异均无统计学意义。切口感染方面氨苄西林组分别与头孢唑林钠组和头孢曲松钠组相比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论剖宫产围术期如应用抗生素合理,其预后一般是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the rationality of using antibiotics in cesarean perioperative. Methods Five hundredand eighty-six participants were randomly divided into ampicillin group, cefazolin sodium group and ceftriaxone group. Then, the curative effect of each group were observed. Results There were no statistically significant difference in ma- ternity basic case, blood abnormalities, operation time, blood loss and fever after operation. In the aspect of infection of incision, there was significant difference in ampicillin, cefazolin sodium and ceftriaxone group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is safe and effective after using antibiotics reasonably in cesarean perioperative. |
