谈VIP病房护士工作中的心理压力与调节措施

作为VIP病房的护士,由于其工作环境的特殊性,护士每天面对的都是那些职务高、年龄大、收入多、疾病种类多的各年龄段的患者,要求每位护士不仅要在服务上、态度上更加细致耐心,而且还要有过硬的技术及良好的心理素质,若不具备这些素质,将很难适应VIP病房的护理工作。本文就以上问题探讨了VIP病房护士工作中面临的心理压力,并提出了相应的调节措施。

Mental stress and adjustment measures of the nurses in the VIP ward

As a nurse in the VIP ward, due to the particularity of their work environment, nurses have to face on a daily basis of these patients who are in high positions, highe ages, or higher income, the nurses arc asked must to be detailed patience on not only service attitude, but also excellent technology and good psychological quality. If a nurse do not have these qualities, it will be difficult to adapt to the VIP ward care. This paper discusses the above problems which nurses faced with the psychological pressure in VIP ward, and puts forward the corresponding control measures.
