| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清铁蛋白及其他4种肿瘤标志物检测对肺癌的诊断作用。方法采用罗氏e411电化学发光分析仪检测128例肺癌患者的SF及CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125含量。结果 SF与4种肿瘤标志物联合检测的敏感度均明显高于各项指标单独检测（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论血清SF联合CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125检测可作为肺癌早期诊断的一个敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the serum ferritin and other four kinds of tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer detection function. Methods The roche e411 electrochemiluminescence analyzer test 128 cases of patients with lung cancer SF and CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE, CA125 content. Results SF and four kinds of tumor markers joint de- tection sensitivity were significantly higher than that of each target detection alone （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 O.O1）. Conclusion Serum SF joint CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE, CA125 detection can be used as lung cancer early diagnosis of a sensitive index. |
