| 摘 要： | 中医医史文献学科目前存在内涵过大，外延不明确；各亚学科相互游离，整合牵强：人才缺乏，基础不扎实：课题数少，缺少标志性成果等问题，对此必须高度重视。在学科建设中应当规范学科内涵，明确研究目标：发挥各自优势，强调特色研究：加强人才培养，提高人员素质；争取课题立项，鼓励多出成果。

| Abstract: | Over-expanding connotation and ambiguous epitaxy are the main problems of Chinese medical history and literature science. Lack of professionals, weak foundation, few research projects and marked achievements should be also taken into consideration. The solving strategy should be： norms of subject connotation; clearing of research ob- jectives; giving full play of subject advantages; strengthening characteristic study; strengthening the training system to improve the qulity of personnel; encourgment of more establishments and achievements of research projects. |
