电视腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿85例临床分析

目的 :探讨电视腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值。方法 :回顾分析电视腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿 85例患者的临床资料。结果 :电视腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿手术 85例 ,其中手助式腹腔镜卵巢囊肿手术 19例。术中出血平均 70ml ,手术时间平均 5 0min ,平均住院 4d ,无 1例中转开腹 ;无器官损伤及化学性腹膜炎等并发症发生。结论 :掌握手术适应证 ,电视腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿安全有效 ,创伤小、康复快 ,巧用手助式腹腔镜完整取出囊肿 ,能减少腹腔污染或种植。

Clinical analysis of 85 cases of ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopy

Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopy in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods:The clinical data of85cases with laparoscopic surgerywere retrospectively analyzed.Results:Eighty-five patients with ovarian cyst un-derwent laparoscopic oophorocystectomy,among them,19cases were performed by hand-assist laparoscopy.The average blood loss during operation was70ml,the mean operation time was50minutes,the mean hospitalization was4days.No one converted to open prodecure,no visceral injured,no chemical peritonitis occurred.Conclusions:If the indications are well selected,laparoscopic operation is feasible and safe in treating most ovarian cysts.By hand-assisted laparoscopic sur-gery dexterously,the intact cyst can be removed to prevent implantation of the cyst content and to avoid contamination of pelvic cavity.
