| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹部非胃手术后胃瘫的诊断和治疗方法。方法 1 6例患者均给予胃肠减压、应用胃动力药及建立肠内营养等基本治疗 ,并随机分为常规治疗组与中西结合治疗组。结果 中西医结合治疗组恢复时间为 5～ 1 2天 ,平均 (6 .8± 2 .5 )天 ;常规治疗组恢复时间为 7～ 5 0天 ,平均 (1 5 .1± 4 .5 )天 ,两组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 胃瘫的治疗应以中西医结合的多种方法进行综合治疗及肠内营养为主。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of gastroparesis of post nongastric operation of abdomen.Methods 16 patients with gastrparesis who accepted gastrointestinal decompression,prokinetic medications and enteral nutrition were divided into routine treatment group and integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group.Results The recovery time for 16 cases were 5 50 days,with an average of 10.6 days.The recovery time of the group which were accepted integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was 5 12 days,an average of 6.8 2.5 days,while the recovery time of the routine treatment group was 7 50 days,an average of 15.1 4.5 days,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of gastroparesis of post nongastric operation of abdomen should mainly depend on various comprehensive treatments of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and enteral nutrition. |
