食品中花粉红染料的测定

摘    要:目的:建立测定食品中花粉红染料的高效液相色谱方法。方法:样品经磷酸水溶液或乙腈-磷酸水溶液提取,Sep-Pak C18固相萃取柱净化。采用ODS柱分离,以甲醇和水溶液流动相进行洗脱,在激发波长550 nm,发射波长580 nm的荧光条件下检测。结果:花粉红的质量浓度在0.5~15.0μg/L范围内与其色谱峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999),在1、5、10μg/kg添加水平时的回收率为50.8%~83.5%,RSD为2.1%~7.5%。方法的定量检出限为1.0μg/kg。结论:该方法准确度高,分离效能好,结果稳定可靠,适合于食品中花粉红含量的测定。
