山东省碘缺乏病防治现状及存在问题与对策

目的 通过调查，对山东省碘缺乏病防治现状进行评价，指出存在的问题，并提出相应的防治对策。方法 用人口容量比例概率（ＰＰＳ）抽样法在全省抽取３０个县市区为调查点，对８～１０岁儿童的甲状腺肿大率、尿碘、居民户盐碘合格率、新生儿脐带血ＴＳＨ、学生及家庭主妇健康教育答卷等调查，并对相关指标进行了分析。结果 甲状腺肿大率、尿碘中位数、盐碘合格率三项主要指标基本达到或接近国家消除碘缺乏病标准。但不同地区之间新

Current situation,problems and countermeasure on IDD in Shandong province

Objective The prevention and cure of Shandong iodine deficiency disoreder (IDD) was investigated and its present situation was assessed.We find out many existing problems and put forward corresponding plan.Methods In this paper,the method of PPS was used to test 8~10 years children in 30 areas of goitre rate,urinary iodine,iodized salt qualified rate in inhabitants,TSH levels in neonates and healthy education survey of students and household women.We studied the relating indicaters.Results The three main indicaters of goitre rate,median of urinary iodine and iodized salt qualified rate have been approached the state eliminating standard goal.But there are still some differentces in various areas about THS levels.Conclusions The prevention and cure of Shandong IDD has a good achievement and there are many problems as well.We have raised many directions for our work.
