22例膝关节外伤的MRI影像分析

目的探讨西藏高原地区膝关节外伤的MRI诊断。方法回顾性分析了22例膝关节外伤的MRI检查资料,使用T1WI、T2Wl和STIR检查序列观察骨挫伤、半月板及其周围韧带损伤的MRI表现。结果22例患者中共有70处骨挫伤,股骨髁挫伤占50%（35/70,包括股骨干骨挫伤）,股骨内外侧髁骨挫伤发病率无明显差异,胫骨近端骨挫伤占27%（19/70）,髌骨骨挫伤占21%（15/70）,腓骨近端骨挫伤1.4%（1/70）。半月板损伤13例,关节积液22例,合并韧带损伤6例。结论MRI是诊断膝关节骨挫伤及其周围结构损伤有效的影像学检查手段,对临床诊治有重要的指导意义。

AnalysiS of MRI in the DiagnosiS of Knee Joint

Objective： To study the diagnosis and differential of the kneecontusion. Methods： The MRI material of 22 Cases having knee contusion wereretrospectively analyzed, including the location of contusion, accompanied bone fracture, injuries of ligament andmeni SCHS. All Cases were performed with SE sequence and GE -STIRsequence. Results： Of the 22 cases, 70 areas of Knee contusion were found, 13 cases with injury of meniscus,22 cases with joint effusion,6 cases withinjury of ligament. Conclusion： MRI is a valuable modality in the diagnosis of Knee contusion and the adjacent structure injuries, with significancefor the clinical diagnosis and treatment,espicially GE -STIR Sequence,which is superior to SE sequence.
