高压氧治疗的不同时机对重度颅脑外伤患者疗效的影响

目的探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗的不同时机对重度颅脑外伤患者疗效的影响。方法45例重度颅脑外伤患者按开始进行HBO治疗时的病程分为两组,即伤后10d～1个月组(A组)和伤后1～2个月组(B组),对两组患者在HBO治疗前、治疗4周后分别采用Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)和严重颅脑外伤残疾评定量表(DRS)进行评定,并进行两组之间的比较。结果HBO治疗4周后,A组患者的意识和残疾程度改善较B组显著,两组间GCS和DRS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度颅脑外伤患者在伤后1个月以内开始HBO治疗效果更好。

The influence of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy started at different time on patients with severe brain injury

Objective To study the influence of different starting time of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy on severe brain injury patients. Methods Forty-five cases of severe brain injury patients were divided into 2 groups, namely 10 days-1 month group(A group) and 1-2 month group after injury. Glasgow coma scale (GCS)and disability rating scale(DRS) were employed to assess the patients before and after HBO for 4 weeks in the 2 groups. Results After 4 weeks of HBO therapy the GCS and DRS scores in the A group were better than those of B group, there were significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05). Conclusion HBO therapy within 1 month of onset of severe brain injury is more effective.
