钙囊素对胰腺癌预后判断的价值

目的研究人胰腺癌组织中钙囊素(S100A11)的表达与胰腺癌切除术患者生存期关系。方法免疫组化法检测78例胰腺癌组织及其癌旁组织中S100A11表达,并对术后患者进行随访,单因素及多因素分析S100A11及各临床病理参数与胰腺癌预后的关系。结果 S100A11在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(79.5%vs.24.4%)(P<0.01)。单因素分析表明,患者的年龄、肿瘤病理类型、伴有淋巴结转移及远处转移、肿瘤的分化程度、TNM分期、血清肿瘤相关抗原19-9(CA19-9)浓度及S100A11阳性这些病理参数与胰腺癌患者术后生存期长短均有相关性(P<0.05);但经Cox比例风险回归模型分析显示,仅年龄≥65岁、CA19-9≥1000U/ml及S100A11阳性为胰腺癌预后的独立指标(P<0.05)。结论 S100A11可作为胰腺癌独立的预后指标。

Role of S100A11 in evaluating the prognosis of patients with pancreatic carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of S100A11 in human pancreatic carcinoma tissues and the survival time of patients after resection. Methods The expression of S100A11 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 78 cases of pancreatic carcinoma tissues and tumor-adjacent normal tissues.The survival time of the patients was followed up after operation,and the univariate and multivariate analysises were used to analyze the relationship between S100A11,clinical pathology parameters and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Results The expression rate of S100A11 in pancreatic carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(79.5% vs.24.4%)(P<0.01).The univariate analysis showed that the parameters of age,pathological type, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis,tumor differentiation,TNM classification,concentration of serum CA19-9 and positive expression of S100A11 were all correlated with the survival time after operation(P<0.05).The Cox proportional hazards regression model analysis showed that age≥65 years old,CA19-9≥1000 U/ml and positive expression of S100A11 were the independent prognostic indicators for the prognosis of patients with pancreatic carcinoma(P<0.05). ConclusionS100A11 can be used as an independent prognostic indicator for the prognosis of patients with pancreatic carcinoma.
