脑功能区胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤的外科治疗

目的探讨脑功能区胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤(DNT)的临床表现及手术治疗特点。方法对2006年-2010年治疗5例位于脑功能区的DNT患者的临床症状、影像学及电生理特点、手术技巧进行回顾性分析。结果 5例DNT均表现有与部位相关的癫痫发作,MRI具有特征性表现,脑电图检查表现为部位相关局灶性异常。5例均行术中脑电监测,行显微镜下肿瘤切除。结论DNT手术目的是治疗癫痫,显微切除肿瘤效果良好,术中脑电描记有指导切除肿瘤的意义。

Surgical treatment for dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor in functional brain gyri

Objective To summaerize the clinical features and surgical managements of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor(DNT) located in the functional brain gyri.Methods The data of 5 patients with DNT located in the functional brain gyri,who accepted surgery from 2006 to 2010,were retrospectively analyzed.The tumors were located at the gyri centralis posterior in 1 case,at the gyri centralis posterior and anterior in 1 case,at the gyri centralis posterior anterior in 2 cases and at the left temporal lobe linguistic region in 1 case.Results All patients experienced epilepsy episodes associated with the location of the tumor,with characteristic findings on MRI.Electroencephalogram(EEG) detected abnormalities related to lesion foci.The tumors were resected under microscope with intraoperative EEG monitoring.Conclusion The perpose of surgery for DNT located in the functional brain gyri is to cure epilepsy.Microsurgery for DNT located in the functional brain gyri under microscope with intraoperative EEG monitoring is with better outcomes.
