120例髁突骨折临床分析

目的探讨髁突骨折手术治疗和保守治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003-2009年在本院治疗的120例髁突骨折者的临床资料,总结根据骨折不同特点所采取治疗方法的治愈率,比较临床疗效。结果保守治疗治愈率78.9%,手术治疗治愈率85.4%;年龄≤14岁组治愈率为71.4%,年龄﹥14岁组治愈率为85.8%,总体治愈率83.3%。不同年龄组、不同骨折部位采用不同治疗方法其治愈率的差异无统计学意义。结论根据髁突骨折部位、特点及患者年龄等适应证采取相应的治疗方法均可以取得较好的治疗效果,但各有优缺点,应综合考虑选择治疗方法。

A retrospective study of 120 Patients with Mandibular Condylar Fractures

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of conservative treatment and surgical treatment for the treatment of mandibular condylar fractures. Methods 120 patients with mandibular condylar fractures treated in our hospital between 2003 and 2009 were retrospectively reviewed. The cure rat based on the characteristics of condylar fractures and clinical effectiveness of different methods were summarized and evaluated’. Results The cure rate for the conservative method was 78.9%. The cure rate of surgery was 85.4%. The cure rate of children was 71.4%. The cure rate for adolescence and adults was 85.8%. The total cure rate was 83.3%. There was no significant statistical difference between different age groups. Conclusion Both conservative and surgical treatment could achieve good therapeutic effectiveness for mandibular condyle fracture. But both have its own advantages and disadvantages. So appropriate treatment methods should be chosen with comprehensive consideration.
