| 摘 要： | 目的评价亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与急性髓细胞白血病(AML)的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science和CNKI数据库,1999年1月-2010年12月MTHFR基因C677T多态性与AML的病例-对照研究,应用RevMan4.2软件进行定量分析。结果共纳入10篇病例-对照研究:AML病例组1294例,正常对照组4297例。Meta分析结果显示,AML患者与正常人群发生AML风险的差异无统计学意义。按照人种、地域、年龄分层,各基因型在其亚组人群的发病风险差异亦无统计学意义。结论 MTHFR C677T基因多态性与AML的发病风险无相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR) C677T on the risk for acute myeloblastic leukemia(AML).Methods The databases of PubMed,Embase,Web of Science and CNKI were searched from January of 1999 to December of 2010 for collecting the case-control studies on the correlation of genetic polymorphism of MTHFR C677T and AML.The data were quantitatively analyzed by RevMan 4.2 software.Results Ten case-control studies were selected based on our inclusion and exclusion standards,which included 1294 cases with AML and 4297 cases in the control group.The results of Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the risk for AML between people with different genotypes.Conclusion The genetic polymorphism of MTHFR C677T is not associated with the risk for AML. |
