微管置管治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效分析

目的分析微管置管治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法分泌性中耳炎患者80例(100耳)按病情分为两组:A组,60耳(46例),症状轻微;B组,40耳(24例),中耳积液黏稠,症状较顽固。两组又等分为两个亚组,分别采用微管治疗(A1组和B1组)和哑铃状通气管治疗(A2组和B2组)。比较其疗效。结果随访6-12个月。A1组和A2组的有效率相仿(90.0%vs.93.3%)。B1组有效率低于B2组(45.0%vs.80.0%)(P<0.05)。结论微管管径较细,对鼓膜的损伤较小,不易脱落,微管置管治疗适用于症状轻微的分泌性中耳炎患者。

Analysis of efficacy of microtube insertion for treating secretory otitis media

Objective To analyze the outcomes of microtube insertion for treating secretory otitis media(SOM). Methods Eighty patients(100 ears) with SOM were divided into two groups of A(60 ears in 46 cases with mild SOM) and B(40 ears in 24 cases with obstinate SOM).The SOM ears of groups of A and B were equally divided into two subgroups of A1,B1(treated with microtube insertion) and A2,B2(treated with dumbbell-like tube).The outcomes were compared between groups of A1 and A2 and groups of B1 and B2. Results The patients were followed-up for 6-12 months.The effectiveness rate of group A1 was similar to that of group A2(90.0% vs.93.3%),which was lower in group B1 than that in group B2(45.0% vs.80.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The microtube insertion is suitable for treating SOM of mild symptoms with minimal invasion.
