抗苗勒氏管激素在多囊卵巢综合征诊断中的价值

目的:探讨抗苗勒氏管激素(Anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)中的诊断价值。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定56例PCOS患者血清AMH浓度,并且与30例正常妇女进行对照;以AMH5.0ng/ml为界值,将其与PCOS的诊断标准进行对比,敏感度为89.29%,特异度为70.00%。结果:PCOS组与对照组血清AMH的浓度比较有显著性差异;在患病率较高的PCOS不孕诊断中,AMH检测是一项较好的指标。结论:在精确超声数据得不到的情况下,血清AMH浓度能够代替卵巢窦卵泡数目,是替代反映窦卵泡计数的理想指标。

The value of anti-mullerian hormone in the diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome

Objective:To determine whether assaying serum for anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)can replace the antral follicle count in diagnosing polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:AMH was estimated using ELISA in 56 patients diagnosed as PCOS by the diagnosis standard of ESHRE and ASRM in 2003 and in 30 control subjects.A cutoff value of 5.0 ng/ml was 70.00% specific and 89.29% sensitive for PCOS.Results:The serum AMH of PCOS group was significantly higher than that of the controls.In infertilities involved many PCOS patients,assaying serum for AMH was a good diagnosis method.Conclusion:If reliable ultrasound studies are not available,the serum AMH indicate the presence of polycystic ovaries in women with hyperandrogenism and/or oligoanovulation.
