| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨支气管激发试验后舒张试验对支气管哮喘的诊断价值.方法 对支气管激发试验阳性患者立即进行舒张试验,随访2年.结果 97例患者中,56例临床确诊为支气管哮喘(哮喘组),余41例患者为非哮喘组.哮喘组舒张后第1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)上升值和上升百分比高于非哮喘组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).支气管激发试验后舒张试验FEV1改变率诊断支气管哮喘的ROC曲线下面积为0.76,支气管激发试验后舒张试验FEV1改变率最佳截点为18.24%,灵敏度为71.4%,特异度为73.2%.结论 气道高反应性患者联合支气管激发试验后舒张试验可提高支气管哮喘诊断的特异度.
