低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的观察低分子肝素钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法将患者71例,随机分为对照组33例和治疗组38例,治疗组在对照组基础上给予低分子肝素钠,疗程7 d。结果治疗组总有效率94.7%,对照组总有效率75.8%,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。治疗组无1例发生心肌梗死,对照组发生1例(3%)。治疗组均无明显不良反应。结论在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钠,能有效的控制UAP发作,减少心肌梗塞发生。

Clinical Observation on Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium for Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of low molecular weight heparin sodium for the unstable angina pectoris.Methods Seventy cases with the unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups:treating group(n=38)received routine treatment and low molecular weight heparin sodium,and control group(n=33)received only routine treatment.The course of treatment lasted7days.Results The effective rate was75.8%and94.7%in the control group and the treating group respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was1case myocardial infarction in the control group and no case in the treating group.Conclusions The Therapy with low molecular weight heparin sodium based on the routine treatment can regulate paroxysm of the unstable angina pectoris and reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction.
