高校教师职业压力与心理健康状况调查分析

目的了解高校教师职业压力和心理健康状况。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法选取454名高校教师进行问卷调查。结果高校教师职业压力较大,男性压力大于女性。36-45岁年龄段教师压力最大。压力表现在4个方面：自我观念、负向情绪、不良躯体感觉、职业倦怠。压力来源于3个方面：被评价意识不满足、考评压力、焦虑。结论高校教师压力较大及心理健康问题的存在,主要在于评价因素与自我实现需要之间的不协调,关注教师的压力,要充分认识高校教师压力源的特殊性,重视提高教师及管理者对处理压力的认知度。

A survey analysis on university teachers'''' occupational stress and mental health status

Objective To understand the status of mental health and occupational stress in university teachers.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 454 teachers drawn randomly from colleges and universities by stratified and cluster sampling.Results The occupational stress of university teachers was quite high;in which male was significantly higher than female and the teachers between 36 and 45 age were the highest.The stress was shown on the four aspects: self-concept,negative emotion,bad feeling on physical,occupational burnout.The stress came from three aspects: unsatisfied on the evaluated awareness,evaluation pressure,and anxiety.Conclusion The high prevalence of occupational stress and mental health problems among university teachers are mainly because of the mismatch between the evaluation factors and the need for self-realization.To concern with teachers' stress,we must fully understand the specificity of the pressure resource and pay much attention to improving teachers' and administrators' cognition on coping stress.
