| 摘 要： | 通过对汶川地震医疗卫生救援工作中暴露问题的分析,结合本省卫生应急体系建设和管理工作实践,提出要从建立统一高效的卫生应急体系、加强政府卫生应急主力军和战略预备力量的建设和储备,以及建立和完善政府卫生应急保障机制入手,将应急管理纳入卫生发展长期战略目标。

| Abstract: | The medical and health relief work of Wenchuan earthquake exposed some problems.By analysis and study,combining with the health emergency system construction and the practice of management,we proposed establishing of a unified and efficient health emergency system,strengthening the government health emergency response strategies.Begining establishing and improving mechanisms for emergency and guarantee,emergency management shoud be brought into the long-term strategic goals of health development. |
