马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死40例疗效观察

目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例采用马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉静脉滴注;对照组40例采用复方丹参加CDPC注射液静脉滴注。疗程均为14d。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后神经功能缺损评分。结果总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为66.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义（p〈0.05）;2组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均有不同程度恢复,治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义（p〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义（p〈0.05）。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效高、副作用小。

The effect of Cinepazide Maleate and Edaravone on the 40 cases with acute cerebral infarct

Objective Having an attempt to explore the curative effect of Cinepazide Maleate and Edaravone on jointtreating acute cerebral infarct. Method 80 patients of acute cerebral infarct were randomly divided into two equal groups,Group A （observed group） and Group B （contrasted group）,with the former placed on intravenous drips of Edaravone and Cinepazide Maleate,the latter treated on intravenous drips of Fufang Dashen adding CDPC injecta. With a course of 14 days,both groups were observed on clinical effect as well as the defect of nervous function before and after the treatment. Results Group A had a higher general efficaciousness rate （90.0%） than that （66.7%） of Group B （p〈 0.05）; before and after the treatment,both groups showed different rate of recovery on the defect of nervous function,with a significance level of p〈 0.05; after the treatment,Group A showed significant difference from Group B （p〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cinepazide Maleate and Edaravone are efficacious drugs in treating acute cerebral infarct but with little side effect.
