肾癌生物治疗的研究进展

肾细胞癌是泌尿系统肿瘤中常见的恶性肿瘤,近几年发病率呈增长的趋势。由于该肿瘤对放、化疗及内分泌治疗效果均不理想,目前仍然以传统手术治疗为主。伴随分子生物学、免疫学、基因工程技术的迅速发展,肾细胞癌也以其特殊的生物学特性使其在细胞因子类药物治疗、肾癌疫苗治疗以及分子靶向治疗等生物免疫治疗方面显示出良好的应用前景。

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is one of the most frequent urologic malignancies and its incidence is in-creasing in these years.
