腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠210例分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的指征、方法和效果。方法:总结分析腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠210例。结果:腹腔镜手术时间平均30min,术后3d拆线无并发症,镜下同时进行盆腔粘连松解、卵巢囊肿、子宫浆膜下肌瘤等手术。结论:腹腔镜手术禁忌证少,患者恢复快,镜下可以处理盆腔其他病变。根据患者生育要求,患侧输卵管破坏程度及对侧输卵管情况选择保守性手术或根治性手术。

Analysis of 210 cases with salpingoyesis treated through laparoscope

Objective:to investigate the indication,method and effect of the surgery on salpingocyesis through laparoscope.Method:210 patients with salpingocyesis were summarized and analyzed. Result:The period of laparoscope surgery was 30 minutes. Three days atter surgery,the patients were takon out stitches and no complications occured. During the operation, the pelvis cavity conglutination looseness, oophorocys-tectomy and subserous myomatectomy were carry out. Conclusion: there is little taboo of the surgery through laparoscope,the patients recover soon,and other pathological changes in pelvis cavity can be treated. According to the demand of the patients bearing, the conditiong of the diseased fallopian tube and the other tube, we select the conserative surgery or radical method.
