| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心理因素与糖尿病患者的关系。方法 选择上海市164例社区糖尿病病例和62例社区正常人群进行病例对照研究，并采用Zung焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表测量研究对象的心理状况。结果 通过多元Logistic回归分析校正混杂因素后，焦虑或抑郁为因变量时糖尿病OR分别为15．87(95％CI：2．00-125．95)N3．18(95％CI：1．59-6．36)。结论 焦虑、抑郁等心理状况与2型糖尿病有一定关联性，但尚不明确其因果关系。 |

Analysis of the Anxiety,Depression with Type 2 Diabetes Patients |

| Abstract: | Purpose To explore the association between the psychological factors and the community patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 164 patients with type 2 diabetes and 62 healthy persons were collected by a case-control study in a community,they were investigated with consulting questionnaires about suspicious risk factors,Self-rating Depressin Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale. Results The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that type 2 diabetes was positively related to anxiety(OR=15.87,95% CI:2.00-125.95) and depression(OR=3.18,95% CI:1.59-6.36) by adjusted some suspect confouding factors. Conclusions The result of study showed there was association between psychological factors and type 2 diabetes,but their causality remains unclear. |
