非定点救治乡镇卫生院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控策略探讨

基层乡镇卫生院是我国传染病防控工作的基石。在发生疫情的情况下,承担着及时报告疫情,防止疫情扩散蔓延,以及协助上级卫健部门、疾控中心进行疫情调查、检测以及宣传教育的任务。面对此次突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,乡镇卫生院作为最直接的疫情防控前沿阵地,如何在短时间内有序、快速有效、和安全地开展疫情社区防控工作,是控制疫情的焦点和难点。为此,就作者单位开展的疫情防控工作及策略进行总结分析,以供基层医务人员参考。

Prevention and control strategy of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)epidemic in non-designated township hospitals

Grass-roots township health centers play an essential role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in China.In the context of epidemics,they undertake the tasks of timely situation report and prevention of epidemic spread.Under the leadership of superior health departments and centers for disease control and prevention,the grassroots health centers help in the epidemic investigation,monitoring,publicity and education.During the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,township health centers worked at the forefront of epidemic prevention and control,and how to start the work in communities in an orderly,efficacious,rapid and safe manner in a short period of time is a great challenge and focus of the epidemic control.This paper summarizes the work and strategies on the epidemic prevention and control in a township heath center in an attempt to provide reference for the grassroots medical staff.
